This project aims to perform an observational study with the general objective of evaluating the impact of working from home imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic on the health, well-being, work experience and quality of life of CNR employees.

In particular, specific objectives are to investigate whether and how the implementation of working from home, compared to face-to-face work, influences:

  •  personal and working well-being;
  • the time dedicated to recreational activities;
  • the time dedicated to physical activity;
  • the presence of muscle and joint pain;
  • smoking habits;
  • eating habits;
  • sleep habits and sleep disorders;
  • mental health (anxiety and depression).
