Alessandro Mondini

Senior Researcher

Alessandro C. Mondini is a senior researcher at IMATI-CNR and a member of the Stochastic Modelling Group. A physicist by training, he received a Laurea in 1995 in Applied Physics from the University of Milan, Italy, with a dissertation on quantum optics. He earned a Ph.D. in Geosciences in 2013 from the Department of Physics and Geology at the University of Perugia, Italy, with a dissertation in remote sensing. He started his scientific career in March 2008, with the Italian Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche. Member of the International Geographical Union - Hazard & Risk commission. Member of the board of the Ph.D. school at the University of Perugia, Dept. of Physics and Geology.
